Bonometti Carni Spa was established in far off 1936 at Castelmella (BS), quickly distinguishing itself locally thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit and professional abilities of its founder, Bortolo Bonometti.
Since then the company has continued its solid and constant development, bringing it to a role of prime importance in the national panorama of food industries and to long-lasting trade relationships with the rest of the EEC.
In more than seventy years of activity, we have earned the trust of a large number of operators in the food sector and today, thanks to our professional experience, we are a leader in supplying catering firms and the distribution chain.
Originally our company had its headquarters in Castelmella, close to Brescia, and was well-known throughout the province, thanks to the ability and serious professional skills of its founder BORTOLO BONOMETTI.
Now, thanks to the important contribution of sons ARMANDO and GIOVANNI, we operate from our new factory in Rodengo Saiano in Franciacorta, with a covered area of 8400 m2 and ample parking for customers, employing the most modern methods for processing, preserving and packaging meats.
The EEC awards distinguishing our factory - N. 662/S-P, 1608/L and 0 1037/S – witness the efforts and determination shown in pursuing the primary objectives of industrial development. This is not the point of arrival, but a stimulus to continue in investing in human and financial resources in order to consolidate and improve our position on the home market.
