Bonometti Carni Spa operates in the sector regarding the industrial processing and transformation of beef, veal, pork and horse meat.

Bonometti Carni has its own processing department producing a range of top quality fresh and seasoned products, strongly penetrating the market with its horse salami.

For food as important as meat, the consumer not only demands safety from the hygiene point of view, but quality guaranteed 100%. The quality of the meat is guaranteed by a series of standards adopted during the production process, among which:
